After completing her massage training at Bodyology's Sheffield branch, Lauren knew she had found exactly that.
"I thoroughly enjoy making people feel seen and heard, and helping them on their journey. Massage was the perfect role for me — and staying on as a tutor assistant felt like a natural next step."

I like to help people. And it's involved movement, which is a great blend for me.
What profession would you choose if not massage therapy?
Counselling or support worker, I love animals too so working in a sanctuary has always been
appealing.

What’s your experience at Bodyology?
The course is truly designed to take you from beginner to Professional Massage Therapist.
Teaching massage, active listening and body awareness skills. The students graduate
feeling confident and empowered.
